HOMIE Excavator hydraulic magnet grapple is a multifunctional excavator attachment combining hydraulic grapple and powerful electromagnet. It can clamp bulk scrap steel and absorb scattered metal fragments at the same time, solving the low-efficiency problem of traditional separate handling equipment. Featuring self-hydraulic power generation, plug-and-play installation, fully sealed high-temperature resistant coil and multi-safety protection system, this magnet grapple supports long-hour heavy-duty work. Optional 360° continuous rotation ensures flexible operation in narrow working sites. Made of high-strength wear-resistant manganese steel, the equipment owns stable performance and long service life. Widely applicable for scrap metal recycling, ship dismantling, steel mill loading and waste metal recovery. Details:

Integrated hydraulic grapple + electromagnetic magnet two-in-one attachment. It can grab messy scrap piles with multi-tooth claws, then adsorb scattered steel fragments at the same time. 2-3 times higher handling efficiency than separate mechanical grab or single magnet, greatly cut labor cost for scrap metal recycling plants, ship dismantling yards and steel mills.

Built-in hydraulic generator converts excavator hydraulic oil into electricity, no extra generator, cables or external power supply required. Quick hitch compatible, install & replace within 15 mins, fit most standard quick couplers directly.

Rotator model supports 360° clockwise & counter-clockwise continuous rotation. Operators sort, stack and load scrap precisely without repositioning the whole excavator, ideal for narrow scrap yard space.
 

Grapple claws adopt thickened NM400 wear-resistant manganese steel plate, anti-collision, anti-abrasion. Electromagnet with fully sealed waterproof & dustproof shell, internal coil with Class C high-temperature insulation, stable suction under long continuous working (80% duty cycle).
